After spending some time in prestigious kitchens in Chicago, Jasmine pivoted to management positions at Momotaro, Swift & Sons and other BOKA Restaurant Group Properties before setting out to create something of her own. In addition to fueling her passion for feeding others and shedding light on the lesser/unknown foods from her home country of India, through Tasting India; she also offers Recipe Development, Menu creation and Diversity & Talent Management consulting services across the Hospitality, Advertising and Management Consulting industries.
